Every Pet Buddy is verified using official government identity documents, Aadhaar or an equivalent government-issued ID, which our team checks before their profile goes live. Their phone number is verified over WhatsApp, they complete a full profile with photos and working hours, and they build a public review history. Vets and trainers can add professional credentials, which we verify separately. No verified ID means no listing on Petlife.
What does Petlife charge?›
Nothing. Petlife is purely a community platform that connects Pet Parents directly with verified local Pet Buddies. We charge 0% commission and zero hidden fees: no booking charge, no platform fee, no surge pricing. You agree a price with your Pet Buddy and pay them directly, in full.
